Job requirements:
- Degree from a culinary or technical school
- Minimum 4 years experience as Bakery Chef
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Attentive, enthusiastic and committed
Job description:
- Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, kaak, manakish and other baked goods
- Maintain the cleanliness and safe preparation of food as per the Health Regulations
- Ensure that all food prepared and stored is done in accordance with the Health regulations
- Ensure the co-operation and moral of all Kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen and work areas are maintained to the standards required by the company
- Ensure prompt and friendly service to all clients
- Audit the quality of delivered goods
- Control food cost and product wastage
- Control quality consistency of bakery produced
- Supervise and manage the entire the bakery team |
